Upon arrival, we were thrilled to receive a complimentary room upgrade with a stunning view. The swimming pool environment was well-kept, providing a perfect spot for relaxation.

We faced some issues with sunbed reservations, as many guests ignored the no-reserving policy. It was frustrating not to find available sunbeds during our short stay.

The sumptuous breakfast spread was a daily highlight, with fresh options and a generous juice bar. The attentive staff made each meal a wonderful experience, enhancing our stay beyond expectations.

Here’s the good and the not-so-good

From delightful staff hospitality to a sumptuous breakfast, we enjoyed our time here. The location is perfect, just a short walk to splendid beaches and attractions.

The bar service was often slow during peak times, which detracted from our experience. some pool areas were overcrowded with children, limiting our relaxation.

The pool area was lovely, but the lack of guest shower facilities disappointed us.

Had an amazing time with friends! The staff were super friendly and made our stay fantastic. We enjoyed the gym and basketball. For exploring the island, renting bikes was perfect! The pool area was great for sunbathing and relaxing. The a la carte restaurant was a highlight with five courses that were delicious. it’s a great spot for a chill vacation.

We did experience some minor delays with room registration, which was a bit inconvenient at check-in. But the management handled it well.

Spent 11 nights in a Deluxe Double Room Pool View. The room had plenty of space, and the cleanliness level was impressive. Loved the food variety at the breakfast, especially the fresh pancakes. There were insufficient sunbeds around the pool, making it tough to find a place to relax. I also noticed some outdated furniture in the dining hall, which didn't match the overall quality of the hotel. A few staff members could be more informative, especially regarding the hotel layout and available amenities.
